Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Warakas 03, Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 33 orang guru SDN Warakas 03 Jakarta dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Warakas 03 Jakarta. 2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Warakas 03 Jakarta. 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Warakas 03 Jakarta. 4) Kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja para guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Warakas 03 Jakarta. This study aims to explain the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation on teachers performance in 03 Warakas Elementary School Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this reasearch is primary data by using questionnaire. The population in this study were 33 teachers on 03 Warakas Public Elementary School Jakarta and the sampling technique used was saturated sample. Data analysis program in this study is using SPSS vers. 26. And the analysis methods that used in this research are validity and reliability test, the coefficient of determination analysis and the hypotesist test. The results showed that: 1) Leadership had a positive and significant effect on teachers performance of 03 Warakas Elementary School Jakarta. 2) Organization culture had a positive and significant effect on teachers performance of 03 Warakas Elementary School Jakarta. 3) Work motivation had a positive and significant effect on teachers performance of 03 Warakas Elementary School Jakarta. 4) Leadership, organization culture, and work motivation simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on teachers performance of 03 Warakas Elementary School Jakarta.
