Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Work From Home (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) pada guru TK/SD PSKD di Jakarta Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitain ialah asosiatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Pengolahan data diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS version 3.3.9, menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 39 responden dan pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner (angket) melalui google form. Hasil pada penelitian ini membuktukan bahwa secara parsial work from home memilki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, dan juga kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Work From Home (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) on Teacher Performance (Y) on PSKD Kindergarten/SD teachers in Jakarta. The approach used in this research is associative with quantitative methods. Data processing is processed using SmartPLS version 3.3.9 software, using a saturated sampling method with a sample of 39 respondents and data collection using a questionnaire via google form. The results of this study prove that partially work from home has an effect on teacher performance, the work environment does not affect teacher performance, and job satisfaction also affects teacher performance..
