Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap persepsi kinerja pegawai dimasa work from home pada UPPMPTSP Kecamatan Cempaka Putih Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, . Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 2 variabel bebas yaitu: Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (X1) dan Disiplin kerja (X2) serta terdapat 1 variabel terikat yaitu kinerja pegawai (Y). Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 responden dan seluruh variabel diukur mengguakan skala likert. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien kolerasi dan koefisien determinasi menggunakan program SPSS versi 26 Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kinerja pegawai. Kontribusi pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap persepsi kinerja pegawai yaitu sebesar 49,7%, pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap persepsi kinerja pegawai sebesar 68,4% This study aims to examine whether the effect of work-life balance and work discipline on employee performance perceptions when working from home at UPPMPTSP Cempaka Putih District This study uses the associative method with a quantitative approach, . In this study there are 2 independent variables, namely: Work-life balance (X1) and work discipline (X2) and there is 1 dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). The number of samples taken in this study were 31 respondents and all variables were measured using a Likert scale. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validit and,reliability. The analysis used is coefficient colleration and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 26 . program The results showed that the work-life balance variable had an effect on employee performance and the work discipline variable had an effect on the perception of employee performance. The contribution of the influence of work-life balance on the perception of employee performance is 49.7%, the effect of work discipline on the perception of employee performance is 68.4%
