Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Pondok Gede. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode berbasis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Pondok Gede. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dengan metode sensus, yang berjumlah 60 responden. Dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji realibilitas. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Pondok Gede. Secara simultan bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi, dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Pondok Gede. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Organizational Culture, Competence and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Bank BRI Pondok Gede Branch Office. This study uses an associative research strategy with a quantitative approach, which is measured using a method based on the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 26. The population and sample of this study are Bank BRI Pondok Gede Branch Office. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method with the census method, totaling 60 respondents. Analyzed using validity test and reliability test. The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire method. Hypothesis testing in this study using t test and f test. The results of the study prove that partially the organizational culture variable has a significant effect on employee performance, competence has a significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at Bank BRI Pondok Gede Branch Office. Simultaneously, the variables of Organizational Culture, Competence, and Work Environment together have a significant effect on the Employee Performance of Bank BRI Pondok Gede Branch Office.
