Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance, stres kerja dan konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja pada wanita pekerja yang kuliah. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah wanita pekerja yang kuliah di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STEI) Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan realiabilitas. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial work life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan konflik peran berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara simultan work life balance, stres kerja dan konflik peran terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada wanita pekerja yang kuliah di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STEI) Jakarta. Kata kunci : Work Life Balance, Stres Kerja, Konflik Peran dan Kepuasan Kerja ABSTRACT This study is to determine the effect of work life balance, work stress and role conflict on job satisfaction in female workers who are in college. This study uses an associative research strategy with a quantitative approach. The sample collection technique used the purposive sampling method, the number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents. The respondents of this study were working women who studied at the Indonesian College of Economics (STEI) Jakarta. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is the coefficient of correlation using the SPSS version 26 program. The results showed that partially work life balance had no effect on job satisfaction, job stress had a negative effect on job satisfaction, and role conflict had a negative effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, work life balance, work stress and role conflict have a significant effect on job satisfaction for female workers studying at the Indonesian College of Economics (STEI) Jakarta.
