Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Palang Merah Indonesia-Kota Jakarta Utara. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan jenis pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dan analisis data berupa Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS v.3.3.9. Sampel penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan teknik Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10% dan memperoleh jumlah sampel 91 pegawai dan diukur menggunakan Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian secara parsial membuktikan bahwa Stres Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) Palang Merah Indonesia-Kota Jakarta Utara. Budaya Organisasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dan Komitmen Organisasi (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) Palang Merah Indonesia-Kota Jakarta Utara. This study aims to discover the impact of work-related stress on employee performance, the organizational culture on employee performance, and the organizational commitment on employee performance at Palang Merah Indonesia-North Jakarta City. The research conducted was descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling and data analysis in the form of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS v.3.3.9 sortware. The research sample was measured using the Slovin technique with an error rate of 10% and obtained the number of 91 employee samples which was measured using the Linkert Scale. The research results partially prove that work-related stress (X1) has a positive yet nonsignificant impact on employee performance (Y) at Palang Merah Indonesia - North Jakarta City. The organizational culture (X2) has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y) and the organizational commitment (X3) has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y) at Palang Merah Indonesia - North Jakarta City.
