Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMPN 14 Bekasi. Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Stres Kerja sebagai variabel dependen, Sedangkan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel independen. Strategi dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui penyebaran instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner kepada 43 guru di SMPN 14 Bekasi yang di ukur dengan skala likert. Metode penentuan Sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. jumlah Populasi yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 43 guru SMPN 14 Bekasi.Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 25. Alat analisis statistik menggunakan Koefisien Determinasi Parsial, Koefisien Determinasi Simultan , dengan pengujian hipotesis, Uji T,dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.Secara simultan, Motivasi,lingkungan kerja,dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMPN 14 Bekasi. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and work stress on teacher job satisfaction at SMPN 14 Bekasi. Motivation, Work Environment and Job Stress as the dependent variable, while Job Satisfaction as the independent variable. This type of research is quantitative. The strategy in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study was carried out through the distribution of research instruments in the form of a questionnaire to 43 teachers at SMPN 14 Bekasi which was measured with a Likert scale. Method of determining the sample using a saturated sample. The number of population sampled in this study were 43 teachers of SMPN 14 Bekasi. The analysis in this study used IBM SPSS software version 25. Statistical analysis tools used the Partial Coefficient of Determination, Simultaneous Coefficient of Determination, with hypothesis testing, T-test, and F-test. The results showed that partially motivation had no significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, motivation, work environment, and work stress had a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at SMPN 14 Bekasi.
