Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh role conflict, role overload terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi sebagai variabel moderating di PT Nuscaco Perkasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Nuscaco Perkasa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 85 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik data deskriptif. Pengolahan data menggunakan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.00 dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dan moderated regression analysys (MRA) serta pengujian hipotesis (koefisien determinasi, dan uji t). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Role Conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Role Overload tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi memoderasi pengaruh role conflict terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi tidak memoderasi pengaruh role overload terhadap Kepuasan Kerja This study aims to determine The Effect Of Role Conflict And Role Overload On Work Satisfaction With Motivation As Moderating Variable on PT Nuscaco Perkasa. The method used is quantitatif reserach. The population in this research were all employee of PT Nuscaco Perkasa. The sample in this research were 85 respondent. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnarires. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis of data. Data processing using SPSS version 25.00 program with multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA) and hypothesis testing (coefficient of determination, and t test). The results of this study indicate that Role Conflict has a negative and significant effect on Work Satisfaction, Role Overload has no effect on Work Satisfaction, motivation moderates the effect of Role Conflict on Work Satisfaction, Motivation does not moderate the effect of Role Overload on Work Satisfaction.
