Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Mesindo Tekninesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metoda pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metoda survei dengan menggunakan koesioner dimana sampel terpilih ditentukan dengan cara teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Non Probability sampling dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metoda analisis jalur menggunakan perangkat statistik SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Mesindo Tekninesa. 2) Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mesindo Tekninesia. 3) Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variable Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mesindo Tekninesia. Artinya, bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mesindo Tekninesia. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik tingkat gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mesindo Tekninesia. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Machinedo Techninesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection method used in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire where the selected sample is determined by sampling technique with Non Probability sampling using a saturated sample. which was then analyzed by path analysis method using SPSS version 26.0 statistical tool. The results of the study show that: 1) Based on hypothesis testing, it shows that the leadership style variable has a partial and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mesindo Tekninesa. 2) Based on hypothesis testing, it shows that the work motivation variable partially and significantly influences the performance of employees at PT. Machinedo Techninesia. 3) Based on hypothesis testing, it shows that the Leadership and Motivation variables partially and significantly affect the performance of employees at PT. Machinedo Techninesia. That is, that the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Machinedo Techninesia. These results indicate that the better the level of leadership style and work motivation, the better the performance of employees at PT. Machinedo Techninesia.
