Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji atau menganalisis serta mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan di Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Kaffah Islamic School. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuatitatif, yang diukur menggunakan metode uji asumsi klasik dengan Software SPSS 26.0. Populasi yang digunakan berjumlah tiga puluh tiga responden dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yang dimana jumlah populasi sama dengan jumlah sampel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer yang dimana teknik pengambilannya dengan menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pendidik dan kependidikan Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Kaffah Islamic School, untuk variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pendidik dan kependidikan Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Kaffah Islamic School dan untuk variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Jika diuji secara simultan atau bersama-sama variabel motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pendidik dan kependidikan Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Kaffah Islamic School. This study aims to examine or analyze and determine the effect of motivation, work environment and compensation on the performance of educators and education personnel at the Integrated Islamic School (SDIT) Kaffah Islamic School. This study uses associative research with a quantitative approach, which is measured using the classical assumption test method with SPSS 26.0 Software. The population used is thirty-three respondents using a saturated sample where the total population is the same as the number of samples. The data used in this study is primary data where the technique of retrieval is using a questionnaire via google form. The results obtained indicate that the motivation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of educators and education at the Kaffah Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Kaffah Islamic School, for the work environment variable it has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of educators and education at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT). ) Kaffah Islamic School and the compensation variable has no effect on performance. If tested simultaneously or together, the variables of motivation, work environment and compensation have an effect on the performance of educators and education at the Kaffah Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Kaffah Islamic School.
