Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on the perception of self-performance of employees at PT. BPR Nusantara Bona Pasogit 19 Depok City. The method used is causal associative with a quantitative approach. The survey method is carried out using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were employees of PT. BPR Nusantara Bona Pasogit 19 Depok City. The sample used is 55 people. The analytical tool used is SPSS. Based on the results and discussion shows that there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and motivation on the perception of self-performance of employees at PT. BPR Nusantara Bona Pasogit 19 Depok City, while compensation does not affect the employee's self-performance perception. There is a jointly significant influence of compensation, work discipline and motivation on the perception of self-performance of employees at PT. BPR Nusantara Bona Pasogit 19 Depok City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi terhadap persepsi kinerja diri karyawan pada PT. BPR Nusantara Bona Pasogit 19 Kota Depok. Metoda yang digunakan adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Metoda survei dilakukan dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan datanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. BPR Nusantara Bona Pasogit 19 Kota Depok. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 55 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap persepsi kinerja diri karyawan pada PT. BPR Nusantara Bona Pasogit 19 Kota Depok, sedangkan kompensasi tidak mempengaruhi persepsi kinerja diri karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh signfikan secara bersama-sama kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap persepsi kinerja diri karyawan pada PT. BPR Nusantara Bona Pasogit 19 Kota Depok.
